Who are Monarchy? Popjustice started the buzz going earlier in the year and now record label Neon Gold (home to Ellie Goulding, Marina and the Diamonds, and others who are defining pop music now and in the near future) posted another demo called The Phoneix Alive (which makes me think of French bands and X-Men comic story arcs and I love that) on their .mp3 blog and it. is. phenomenal.
