And fellow Neon Gold-er Penguin Prison has put out a music video for his mind altering-ly good single "Something I'm Not." He played a show this week in New York, but I saw Uncle Vanya in the original Russian instead. I'm not sure I made the right choice. But I did check out Marina and the Diamonds when they played in Park Slope last month and that was killer.

The new Hole stuff sounds cheaply produced which is a shame because some of the demos seemed promising, and I kind of like the song where C. Love channels Dylan. Admittedly, its hard to judge an album based on leaked tracks and singles.
